Minesweeper
Use the numbers to avoid the hidden mines
Minesweeper is a logic game: use the numbers that appear when you open tiles to avoid hidden mines and open every safe tile. A number tells you how many mines are in the 8 tiles around it. Chalna's version uses board sizes and flag controls designed for phones.

How to play
- Choose Beginner, Intermediate or Expert.
- Tap any tile to start. Your first tap and the tiles around it are always safe.
- Flag tiles you are sure hide mines — long-press a tile, or switch to Flag mode below.
- Open every safe tile to win. Opening a mine ends the game.
Tips
- If a "1" touches only one closed tile, that tile is a mine. Look for sure things like this first.
- Tap a number that already has the right number of flags around it to open all its other neighbors at once.
- Corner and edge tiles have fewer neighbors, so they are easier to reason about.

Logical reasoningCombine number clues to locate mines.
CarefulnessBuild the habit of opening only when sure.
Spatial senseSee how tiles relate across the whole board.
Great for
- Anyone who loved Minesweeper on the computer
- Fans of short, tense logic games
- People who enjoy a bit of detective work
Good to know
Classic Intermediate (16×16) and Expert (30×16) boards are too small to tap on a phone, so Chalna uses taller boards instead. The results show your time and how many tiles you opened.
